Shop Lust in confidence! If you change your mind about any ordered product, simply return it to us unopened within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a store credit for the price of the product. It's that simple.

If your product exhibits a manufacturer's defect* within 60 days, return it to us to receive a replacement at no additional charge. Defective products will be replaced with the same item only (or, at our sole discretion, with an item of equal or greater value).

All products returned for store credit must be unopened with unbroken seals. Originally unsealed merchandise must exhibit no wear or damage of any kind. Books must be in original condition with unbroken spines & undamaged covers.

Lingerie, costumes & clothing must be unworn with the original tags still attached. Please check the fabric quality of all garments before the first wear. No returns of defective clothing will be accepted if the garment is judged (at our sole discretion) to have been worn. To insure your health & safety we cannot accept returns of undergarments such as G-strings & thongs for any reason.

To initiate a return, e-mail sales@loveslust.com. Include your Lust order number & the word "Return" in the subject line. Briefly explain what item you would like to return & why you wish to return it. For defective returns, be specific about the problem you encountered. We will reply to your e-mail with a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") & further shipping instructions.** All returns must clearly display a valid RMA issued by Lust & must be received at an authorized address within 15 days of our issuing an RMA.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you ship your return insured, using a trackable shipping method. Lust is not responsible for, & will not issue store credits associated with, returns shipped to an unauthorized address, shipments that do not clearly display a valid RMA, or shipments whose delivery cannot be confirmed by a major carrier.

If your original order qualified for free shipping but would not have qualified for free shipping without the product(s) you are returning, a shipping charge of $10.00 will be deducted from your store credit.

If you request that your order be canceled before it has been shipped, a confirmation of your cancellation will be e-mailed to you & an amount equal to $14.00 or 18% of your order total, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order cancellation you must accept delivery of your package & follow the steps outlined in this Returns Policy to receive a store credit.

If you refuse delivery of an order that you have placed, or if your package is returned undeliverable, an amount equal to $29.00 or 35% of your order total, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your store credit. If you request a change to your Ship To address after your package has been shipped, an additional $10.00 will be charged to your credit card.

Please note that we are only able to extend the terms of this Returns Policy because our customers follow the honor system. We reserve the right to deny the return of any product that is judged (at the sole discretion of Lust) not to meet the criteria outlined in this Returns Policy or to have been deliberately damaged or damaged through misuse or poor shipment packaging.

The terms of this Returns Policy are subject to change without notice.

* Please remove your batteries from your product when not in use. No replacements will be made for products damaged due to defective or leaking batteries (even if you received your batteries from Lust).
